In the summer of 2023, a group of Canadian Mennonites embarked on a train tour from Quebec City to Abbotsford, British Columbia with many stops at events along the way. They were tracing the journey of some 21,000 "Russlaender" Mennonites from the Soviet Union who immigrated to Canada in the 1920s.
